2024 Bg3 split screen crashing

Hello, I recently got BG3 in anticipation for the full release. While the game runs fine on medium settings during gameplay, even with the lowest setting certain cutscenes keep causing my PC to crash to a black screen. Here our my PC specs: GPU - Radeon RX 580 Series. CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor. RAM - 16 GB.. Loomcraft burlington nc
