My friend who owns multiple guns and full sized Glocks ... The Glock 43X has a slightly longer 3.41-inch barrel compared to SIG’s 3.1-inch long barrel. The overall length is where we see a big difference and the Glock 43X is 6.5 inches compared to the P365’s much shorter 5.8 inches. The Glock also weighs 23.07 ounces compared to the lighter P365 which weighs 17.8 ounces.I’m under the impression that the only difference between the 43x and 43x mos is the optic cut. I don’t think it repositions the rear sight location further back like the 19mos does. And it wasn’t that I couldn’t shoot with a red dot. A red dot feels like cheating.The two are 100% interchangeable, which means you could remove a 43X slide and easily attach it to a base model 43.
