Cut the threads and hex head from the 1/2" bolt leaving just the shank of approximately 3.37" long. Make both cuts square to prevent side loads during removal. Put the 1/2" shank into the hole first. According to him, there is a fix coming out for the drive clutches on the 825i that will either be a clutch/belt replacement or a rework of the clutch. My Gator 865m (2022, 103hrs) showed since start hard shifting and was louder than other new Gators 865. The problem: the primary and the secondary clutches were not installed in line by JD.Reason for pulling - hard to shift out of reverse.
