The design of the LRBHO on the Stribog is a terrible design. I had the same issue with the A3 Tactical lower and the reason was because the area where the bolt catch lever engages the bolt was too tall. I had to remove some material from the top of the bolt catch lever. If you're uncomfortable removing material, I suggest contacting A3 Tactical.. Penske john young
